Dedicated Account Administrator
Legacy provides every Client with a Dedicated Account Administrator to serve as Point of Contact throughout the contract period. The Account Administrator can be contacted at any time for questions, training refresher courses or any other concerns. Account Administrators will periodically check on site performance and annually present new Legacy tools and features that will make iCON, our state-of-the-art ITS platform, even more powerful and efficient.
