Remote Video Visitation services
are available through your existing prepaid account. To start visiting, simply
log into www.legacyinmate.com/prepaid, navigate your way to our “Services” page and
click on “Remote Video Visitation.” Once there, select the incarcerated individual you’d
like to visit and start scheduling your visits immediately.

HOW
VIDEO VISITATION WORKS
Prior to scheduling your
first video visit, you must have an established prepaid account and deposit
funds. If you do not already have an account, please register now. The
following steps will guide you through the process:
1. Create an account
2. During account setup, select the facility where
your loved one is incarcerated
3. Add funds to your newly established
account (accounts can be funded via credit or debit card by phone or online,
MoneyGram, Western Union, and PayPal)
4. After funds are added, click “Schedule a Visit”
to begin scheduling
5. Log in and join your video visit at the
scheduled day and time
Funds
will automatically be deducted from your prepaid account when you schedule a remote
video visit.

EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED?
In order to perform a video
visit from the comfort of your own home, you will need the following items
prior to the scheduled visit. Please confirm that you have these items and that
they are in working order to ensure the best video visitation experience
possible.

computer or laptop
2. A web
browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Opera)
3. High-speed
DSL or cable internet connection (A wired internet connection provides a better
connection than WiFi)
4. Webcam
(HD webcam will provide the best picture quality)
5. External
or built-in microphone and speakers (headphones will provide the best audio
quality)
